Novaluce began as Novaluce Creatives, a studio focused on websites. But as we worked closely with entrepreneurs and growing businesses, we uncovered deeper needs beyond design: strategic marketing, automation, and a consistent digital presence.

Through a UX-driven transformation process, Novaluce evolved into a full-service AI-driven marketing agency, offering website design, social media, paid traffic, video animation, and CRM integration. Our mission became clear: to provide businesses with the power of a full marketing team.

Challenge

The original Novaluce Creatives website offered too many choices and lacked a clear value proposition. Visitors were confused by the range of services—custom websites, Showit templates, branding, and other add-ons—spread across several pages. This information overload increased drop-offs.

Key UX and design problems:

  • Too many competing options on the homepage

  • Weak copy that didn’t clearly explain the value of our services

  • Low lead conversion, as users didn’t know what action to take next

We needed a solution that clarified our offer and guided users confidently through the conversion funnel.

Solution

We redesigned the Novaluce site as a one-page conversion-optimized experience. The goal was to position Novaluce as a full marketing team for the price of one employee, with a clear emphasis on results, strategy, and done-for-you execution.

Design & UX choices included:

  • A captivating hero section with a bold, benefit-driven headline

  • Strategic copywriting that emphasizes transformation, not just services

  • Multiple CTAs throughout the page, all leading to a single lead form

Persona-Driven Design

Persona 1 – Emily Dark

  • Age: 35 | Owns a small coaching business

  • Needs: Someone to handle her digital presence so she can focus on clients

  • Pain Points: Too many tools and freelancers; doesn’t know what works

  • Goals: A professional brand and consistent content without doing it herself

Persona 2 – Carlos Mendes

  • Age: 42 | Mid-sized business owner with a small internal team

  • Needs: Strategic digital growth, better systems, and automation

  • Pain Points: His team can’t keep up with content, design, and paid traffic

User Journey

We mapped a simplified but effective user journey that mirrors Emily and Carlos’s natural behavior:

  1. Ad / Social Media Post – They discover Novaluce through an Instagram ad or content

  2. Visit Website – The one-page site immediately communicates the value: “We’re your entire marketing team”

  3. Scroll + Skim – Users scan through services, benefits, testimonials, and visuals

  4. Click CTA – Every CTA leads to the same form at the top of the page

  5. Fill Out Form – Simple fields to collect name, business type, goals

  6. Automated Follow-Up – CRM triggers emails + a link to book a free consultation

  7. Conversion – Leads are pre-qualified, and many convert during the first call

  • Client interviews revealed confusion around service selection

  • Market benchmarking showed that successful agencies had simplified their offers and messaging

  • We analyzed heatmaps and drop-off points from the old website to pinpoint friction
